The AFEM-775x series are fully matched CDMA FEMs, which are designed to minimize power consumption with three power modes (high power, mid-power and bypass modes). Additionally, the CoolPAM-V technology incorporated in these modules does not require a DC-DC converter which helps save cost and space in handset designs. Moreover, the power amplifier is manufactured based on advanced hetero-junction bipolar transistor (InGaP HBT) technology which offers state-of-the-art reliability and ruggedness.

Avago’s AFEM-7758 is an FBAR-based duplexer that provides low insertion and outstanding isolation to minimize Tx leakage in both Rx and Tx bands over a wide temperature range. It also improves handset receiver sensitivity and single tone desensitization performance. Moreover, the optimized matching between the PA and duplexer eliminates the need for a bulky and costly isolator.
