ATP Oil & Gas has announced that its senior vice president, Gerald Schlief, will retire on December 31, 2007.
Paul Bulmahn, chairman and president of ATP, said: Jerry has made a substantial impact to ATP as he led skillful and creative negotiations to acquire development properties and close financial transactions. His efforts helped move this company forward from a small private company to an international public company with multi-billion dollar assets. We are pleased that Jerry has agreed to continue to serve ATP on a consulting basis into the future.
