Atlantic Solar Capital Management has purchased a minority stake in Sunray Solar for an undisclosed sum.
Sunray Solar is a designer and integrator of solar electric systems for the residential and commercial markets.
Sunray Solar chief executive officer Troy Lambe said "Atlantic Solar’s investment brings with it the financial expertise to capitalize on the mass-market adoption of residential and commercial solar and positions Sunray Solar to be a leader in the next phase of expansion in New Jersey and other northeastern solar markets."
Sunray Solar offers competitive solar finance options through its solar energy supply contract which reduces upfront costs of owning and maintaining solar systems.
Atlantic Solar Capital Management and its investors finance, own, operate and maintain residential and small commercial solar power systems in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
