The projects include a fully permitted 60MW project in Bracke and two located in the municipalities of Bollnas and Ljusdal.
The two projects in Bollnas and Ljusdal will include 100 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 240MW.
The acquisition forms part of Arise’s strategy to invest in large wind farms.
It plans to have about 700MW wind projects with 300 turbines in operation or under construction by 2014.
