The scope of this agreement includes a total of 36 substations, to be provided at various locations across the Indian state of Maharashtra, over a period of three years. Orders for the first 18 substations, worth INR3.6 billion, have already been booked by AREVA T&D.
Over the three year period of the agreement, AREVA T&D will assist MSETCL to upgrade and expand the transmission and distribution network of the state.
AREVA T&D will deliver this project in a consortium with Jyoti Structures, whose scope covers transmission lines worth approximately INR8.33 billion.
