The contract comes after the company completed a 400MW HD-POCl3 supply deal with a Taiwanese cell producer.
The company plans to deliver the systems within the next nine months.
Amtech CEO Fokko Pentinga said: "We are very pleased that our fully integrated, automated, new system platform, including the state-of-the-art HD process, is fully qualified and accepted in the industry at a very critical phase of new selective expansions.
"This new HD-POCl3 process has demonstrated significantly lower cost of ownership than competing technologies and is providing important benefits to our customers."
Amtech Systems supplies advanced thermal processing equipment to solar, semiconductor / electronics, and LED markets, including diffusion, ALD and PECVD systems, ion implanters, and solder reflow systems.
