The acreage represents 4,460 gross acres held by production, and also includes an additional 22 proved undeveloped reserves (PUD) sites for future development.
These wells produced more than 350 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) in daily production throughout 2010.
The wells bring the company’s gross well count to 77, which are located in North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
American Standard Energy president Richard MacQueen said that the acquisition of these proven producing wells will have a significant impact on the company’s revenues with immediate effect.
