Initial production from the deeper of the two identified pay zones is 40 barrels of oil a day and 520,000 cubic feet of gas a day on a 12/64th inch choke. Testing has confirmed that this zone has over 60ft of gross pay.
According to the company, the shallower of the two identified pay zones will be perforated and brought on-line at some point in the future so no production data is available for it at this stage. The well logs identified an additional 10ft-12ft of net pay in this zone.
The well will be connected to a sales line and first sales revenues from this well is expected to be received within 60 days following the connection.
