Selectman Brian Valcourt said Steve Pitney of Alternative Energy could sue the board because it had signed a contract with him.
Pitney, on his plan to sue the board, said, I hadn’t thought of it, but it is always a possibility.
Pitney said that he was planning to wait until after the April 2009 town election and see whether a new board is more amenable to the project.
