A consortium of Alstom and Spanish firm Initec Energia has been awarded a contract by Endesa Generación to supply a Wet Flue Gas Desulphurisation system to the Los Barrios power plant located near Cádiz.
The contract, worth €28 million to Alstom, includes engineering, supply of process equipment, supply and erection of I&C and commissioning services, due for completion in March 2008.
