“China has intensified the pace to build up its nuclear power generating capacity and the plan is to reach at least 60 GWe by 2020, corresponding to about 50 new reactors”, says Lars Renström, president and chief executive officer of Alfa Laval Group. “Alfa Laval has delivered equipment to the majority of the nuclear power plants in China and this order confirms our strong position in this market.”
