Global Cogenix Industrial Corporation has signed an agreement with KMC Energy Corp to purchase a water licence application and other assets for a 15MW hydro project under development.
The project is at Kookipi Creek, British Columbia, Canada. The planned 15 MW hydroelectric project is close to another Global Cogenix project, at LogCreek. Together the two projects will add 25MW to the company’s portfolio.
