AEI has signed a stock purchase agreement, pursuant to which it agreed to sell its interest in Vengas to PDVSA Gas. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AEI and Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) also agreed to further explore co-operative opportunities in the continued development of Venezuela’s energy infrastructure and that of the broader Latin American community.
