The ground-mounted solar PV project, placed in Ohotnikovo, Crimea, is divided into four 20MW phases.

The first phase was grid-connected last month, and the second phase has already been developed.

The second phase is expected to be fully commissioned in the coming weeks, and Activ Solar intends to complete the last two phases this year.

When completed, the 80MW solar PV project will consist of about 360,000 modules, ground-mounted over an area of 160 hectares.

The plant is anticipated to produce 100,000MWh of electricity annually, enough to provide 20,000 households with green energy, representing savings of approximately 80,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year.
