Built on over 116 hectares of land, the plant is equipped with 52 inverters and 290,048 polycrystalline solar modules erected on a four-row mounting system.
The plant, which will annually generate an estimated 90,000 MWh of electricity, created over 350 jobs during construction and 10 permanent jobs.
Activ Solar CEO Kaveh Ertefai said that the completion of the project is a major achievement for the company in Crimea and the third-biggest project it developed in the country.
"This project reconfirms our commitment to support sustainable energy development in the country and supply much needed clean electricity to Crimea," added Ertefai.
"We are proud of our highly-skilled local execution team, which supports the growth and construction of our solar project pipeline in this area."
The total solar capacity, including of the newly completed Nikolayevka Solar Park, will power 7% of the Crimea’s electricity needs.
