The drilling program was completed in November, to further define potential early start pits.

Highlights of the drilling include 3.25m at the rate of 2386ppm eU3O8 in hole SERC0364, 2.05m at the rate of 2124ppm eU3O8 in hole MOKR2582, 1.25m at the rate of 2123ppm eU3O8 in hole SERC0362 and 2.95m at the rate of 1514ppm eU3O8 in hole MOKR2571.

The company said that feasibility work on the project is well underway with progress on resource work, mining, metallurgy and process design and environmental studies.

This work is scheduled to be completed in early 2015 and mining licence application is planned to be submitted in the second quarter next year.

Optimization studies conducted earlier, to identify pit areas have highlighted higher grade shallow zones targeted for early production. These results will be used for a new resource model in the early next year.

The Uniform Conditioning and Localized Uniform Conditioning in the resource modelling have been found to be prospective across the deposit.

An option study has been completed by SLR South Africa, to determine the cost-effective and environmentally acceptable heap leach facility. The study will facilitate environmental social impact assessment.
