Four of these projects have a nominal power of 50MW, and the remaining one 30MW.

This acquisition was made through the absorption of five legal entities, with an individual photovoltaic project each of them, maintaining each project in a subsidiary entity 100% dependent of Greenalia Solar Power S.L.

These projects, in a development phase, are located inthe region of Extremadura (3 of them, with a total capacity of 130MW), and in the region of Andalucía (2 of them, with a total power of 100MW).

This operation, the first of the group with this type of technology, will allow Greenalia to continue with its strategy of expansion and promotion of new renewable energy developments, where it is already standing in biomass (thermal and electric), wind and photovoltaic.
