European Energy A/S has signed an agreement for the sale of a wind farm in Denmark with a total capacity of 18MW to a German investment management firm.

Knud Erik Andersen, Chief Executive Officer of European Energy, said:

“The sale of the wind farm is a great way to start 2019. We continue to experience high interest among institutional investors for our projects and we are confident that we can built on the positive momentum we have gained across our business.”

The wind farm is located in the municipality of Ringkøbing-Skjern, Denmark. It was commissioned in early 2018 and consists of a total of 6 Vestas V126-3.6 MW turbines. The buyer has acquired 5 turbines, while the remaining turbine will remain in the ownership of the current owners.
