Enel Group’s Enel X has agreed to acquire the main business unit of Yousave, an Italian company engaged in providing energy efficiency services.

The operation stands out for the strong synergy between the business models of the two companies, which are both characterised by the goal of understanding and capitalising the transformation of the energy industry, exploring the opportunities offered by the application of new technologies.
Yousave is an energy service company (ESCo) that offers design capabilities and services to achieve energy savings and optimise internal processes for industrial and service companies as well as government, with a special focus on digitisation.
Through the implementation of advanced and flexible energy management systems, Yousave can also optimise consumption profiles, reduce emissions and boost environmental sustainability.
