SKF Service Division and Meggitt have announced a strategic alliance that units Dymac, of SKF and MeggittÕs Vibro-Meter Industrial and Marine division. The companies will share development expertise, customer service and support activities.
Vibro-Meter has 35 years experience in protection, condition and performance monitoring for turbomachinery, and specialises in sensors for harsh environments. Dymac manufactures eddy-current probes and protection systems. Vibro-Meter will now concentrate on pursuing OEM accounts. Dymac will concentrate on end-user applications.
