Before joining Tarkett, Thomas held various management positions within the Total Group where he spent almost 16 years. At Total, he was responsible for 16 production plants, purchasing, technical services, supply chain management, chemical services and materials science as well as health, safety, environment and quality management.
Thomas has a chemical engineering degree from Hamburg University, Germany and an MBA from Bradford University, UK.
