“I am very pleased to announce the promotion of Imran Jaferey from director to vice president, water and wastewater,” said David H. Koch, president of Koch Membrane. “Imran has been an integral part of the Koch Membrane Systems team for several years, and this, coupled with his solid engineering background, makes us extremely confident in his ability to effectively manage all facets of Koch Membrane Systems’ water and wastewater division.”
Jaferey worked on a team to consolidate four different business units into the industrial water and wastewater business, and under his direction, the industrial water and wastewater business has achieved significant growth over the last several years. His success in that role led to his appointment as business development director, water and wastewater, in 2007. Before coming to Koch Membrane Systems, Jaferey held engineering and managerial positions at PSI Process Systems, Inc. and Lurgi PSI, Inc.
Jaferey holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Christian Brothers University, and an MBA from the University of Memphis. Jaferey resides in Nashua, New Hampshire with his wife and two children and is located at KMS headquarters in Wilmington, Massachusetts.o
