Pelini started his career working in engineering and financial roles for several companies, including Koppers Company, Inc. and Aristech Chemical Corporation. Pelini has earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Pittsburgh, School of Engineering.
