Located near the Ica region of southern Peru, the Marcona and Tres Hermanas projects will together generate 129MW of capacity.
Siemens will manufacture the wind turbines in Hutchinson, Kansas, and Fort Madison, Iowa.
The bank said the loans are its first for renewable energy in Peru and will support 800 jobs in Kansas and Iowa.
In addition, 20% of each transaction will offer indirect support to small-business exporters.
The Marcona project has repayment term period of 17.3 years and the Tres Hermanas development’s repayment term is 16.6 years.
Ex-Im Bank chairman and president Fred Hochberg said: "These transactions reflect our continued commitment to increasing U.S. renewable energy exports while supporting good-paying jobs here at home.
"During this fiscal year alone, Ex-Im Bank has approved financing for five wind farm projects, and we are looking to do more in the near future. This financing helps ensure that the turbines helping to power Peru are made here in the U.S. by American workers, rather than in a competing country."
Ex-Im Bank authorized $257m in 2013 alone to support renewable energy exports, particularly to Central and Latin America.
