In parallel with the processing of the approval, the company and its Japanese partner, Kobelco Eco Solutions, have also been investigating candidate sites and now have several under consideration. Receipt of the Ministry approval allows commencement of the formal application for approval to build and operate a plant at one or more of the potential sites, the company said.
