Located near Luwuk in Central Sulawesi province, Indonesia, the Donggi Senoro LNG plant has capacity of two million tons of LNG and associated condensate a year.
Under the long-term agreement, GE will also monitor and ensure the performance of the non-GE equipment supplied by other original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for LNG plant.
Additionally, the company will provide full package services, including planned (spare parts, repairs, supervision and manpower) and unplanned maintenance as well as Full Reliability Max Predictivity Solution package for the facility.
GE Oil & Gas Asia Pacific general manager Visal Leng said: "This flagship project is immensely exciting for us both because it sees GE Oil & Gas employing its service offering to serve and monitor the performance of machines manufactured by other companies."
The firm will also provide more advanced outcome-based offerings in order to optimize plant-wide asset performance management and maintenance operations in addition to developing a bespoke platform to interpret data collected from machines manufactured by other OEMs.
