The plant will consist of two 15MW power generation units and will be located in Xin county in the Shandong province.

A-Power will provide the engineering, procurement and construction services for the biomass power plant.
The company will carry out the design and construction of the power plant, procurement, and installation of two 15MW pure condensed steam turbine generator sets, two straw-fired boilers with a capacity of producing 75 metric tons of steam per hour, auxiliary equipment, a heat pipeline system, and final delivery of the facility.
When the power plant is permitted to connect to China’s national electric grid, it will be able to generate about 150 million kWh of electricity each year.
