The company claims that Lumificient’s Hyperion R-Lite LED channel lighting system has been used by global businesses as a means to light channel letters using a continuous flexible conductor carrier strip to electronically connect the LED modules. The strip can be mounted to signage with its adhesive backing.
Carey Burkett, president of Minnesota-based Lumificient, said: “Customer feedback indicated a need for broader choice at differing price points for signage applications.
“We responded with the R-Lite 4 mod and 5 mod strips that have all of the benefits of the standard 6 mod strip including up to 50,000 hour life, superior energy savings, hassle free installation and even illumination.”
The 4 modular R-Lite consumes 0.6W per foot with 3” module spacing and the 5 modular R-Lite consumes 0.75W per foot with 2.4” module spacing.
