Under the agreement, Canadian Solar will supply its high performance solar modules to GP Joule.
Canadian Solar plans to deliver the solar modules under the 97MW supply agreement, before 31 December 2011.
Canadian Solar and GP Joule have worked together since 2009.
Canadian Solar chairman and CEO Shawn Qu said this latest agreement will help the company further expand its brand and footprint in Europe, as it leverage the full support of GP Joule, a proven local partner able to handle large scale projects.
Canadian Solar designs, manufactures and delivers solar products and solar system solutions for on-grid and off-grid use to customers.
