The both parties signed a memorandum of understanding pursuant to the execution of the projects.

AES is developing a model for the distribution and deployment of CNG and other alternative fuels and plans to utilize conventional funds as well as private and public incentives including tax credits for developing the projects.

Infrastructure Developments CEO Thomas R. Morgan said the company is excited about this new partnership which allows it to expand its operations into US markets
