Cree is sponsoring the construction of this home, as a part its three-year, $1.5m pledge to provide its LED downlights for all new Habitat homes built in the US.
Cree employees will assist as volunteers on the project, which will include the installation of Cree’s new CR6 LED downlight, and other LED products featuring Cree LEDs. The house is scheduled for completion by October 2010.
