If one out of every 10 homes in the US upgraded to the water-efficient fixtures, over 300 billion gallons per year could be conserved at an annual cost of about $2 billion. WaterSense labeled products must meet the EPA’s criteria for efficiency and performance. Independently tested and certified products may bear the WaterSense label that makes it easy for the consumers to identify and select various quality, water-efficient products and services for their homes and lawns.
