The buildings will be planned and applied with low carbon & eco-technologies for the purpose of energy-saving, low carbon ecology, and integrated solar energy solutions.
The agreement amounts on eco-building engineering costs are about CNY4bn ($630m) with net profit rate of about 16% to 18% and will be executed accordingly and continuously under three phases.
In the first phase, the total covered area is about 1.5sq km, and the total estimated costs are from CNY750m ($116.4m) to CNY900m ($14m).
The construction period will be commencing from August 2011 to December 2012.
In the second phase, the total covered area is about 4sq km, and the total estimated costs are from CNY2bn ($0.31bn) to CNY2.4bn ($0.37bn).
The construction period is expected from August 2012 to October 2014.
In the third phase, the total covered area is about 2.5sq km, and the total estimated costs are from CNY4bn ($0.62bn) to CNY4.8bn ($0.74bn).
The construction period is expected from August 2013 to December 2015.
