The company will deliver 30 turbines to the Chinese utility Ningxia Electric Power, for which it has already installed more than 160MW.
The S77/1500 turbines will be connected to the grid near the city of Wuzhong in the province of Ningxia, and these represent the third and fourth phase in construction of the Sunhill wind farm.
Nordex will supply ten N90/2300 turbines in the ‘Hot Climate’ version to Windway, a joint subsidiary of Infusion and Banco Espirito Santo, for the S Macario II wind farm, which is being built in the north of Portugal and its expected annual energy yield amounts to more than 72GWh.
