Under the contracts, valued at $4.1m, CoaLogix anticipates to provide the regeneration services October 2011.
In addition to regeneration services, a new order was received for extending the term for a SCR management contract.
CoaLogix’ SCR catalyst is used to reduce nitrogen-oxides in coal-fired utility plants.
CoaLogix CEO Bill McMahon said the company will use both plants in Charlotte to support these orders.
CoaLogix said the regenerated SCR catalyst eliminates the burden of land filling, and requires 66% less CO2.
