The Roth Rock wind facility, located in Garrett County, consists of 20 units of Nordex Wind N90 turbine, each with a rated capacity of 2.5MW.

Construction of the wind project commenced in October 2010, with commercial operations starting in August.

enXco Service Corp provided commissioning assistance during construction, and will provide on-site O&M for the balance of plant during the turbine warranty period and subsequently for the entire project.

Of the 130GWh annual production, 80% will be delivered to Delmarva Power, with the remaining 20% to the State of Maryland, and the University of Maryland.
