Packaged in a plug-and-play modular format, WM40-96 is suitable for applications throughout the energy management market, particularly switch-gear panel builders serving medium, large and heavy industry.
WM40-96 provides power supply and measurement inputs, including energy metering; current-voltage-frequency metering; power and power-factor metering; and harmonic analysis through display and touch-panel.
The power analyzer continuously displays the values of actual vs. installed power to provide immediate alerts to potential power overloads, thereby enabling the user to manage the energy usage accordingly.
The power analyzer’s additional analysis, including averaging, minimum and maximum values of all system and single-phase variables, total harmonic distortion and total demand distortion calculations and FFT harmonic analysis, provides measurements for load control and alarming.
In addition to the base module, which acts as a monitoring device, the power analyzer consists of up to three low-profile flat modules on the rear of the base unit, one each of type A, B and C that help in the functioning of the energy management system.
