The contract requires Jacobs to complete the front end engineering design stage deliverables for the water treatment and zero liquid discharge facility, including evaluation and optimization of the water treatment systems and development of the design basis.
The contract also includes preparation of design deliverables for process, instrumentation and control, mechanical, piping, electrical, civil and structural disciplines, in addition to the development of commissioning and start-up procedures, capital cost and operations and maintenance cost estimates.
