The system will include lead acid batteries and the ZBB EnerSection power and energy control center.
The ZBB EnerSection will provide a complete integrated energy management platform to a range of configurable energy sources including PV, wind and other power outputs.
The system will be used for load management and peak shaving while providing continuous power and energy regulation supply with a connection to the grid.
The installation is expected to be complete in early 2012.
ZBB Energy’s president and CEO Eric Apfelbach said that the ZBB EnerSection’s open architecture will give customers great flexibility to interconnect an array of resources to optimize any given application and operating environment.
