Through TransAct's wholly owned subsidiary, Puebla Z.E.W.O.P.1, S de R.L. de C.V., the Company has now secured the feed-stock for its first Zero Emissions Waste Optimization Plant (Z.E.W.O.P.[TM]) to be constructed in Mexico. The plant will be able to process 481,800 metric tonnes annually of which Hasars will supply the same, until Dec 31, 2027.
"We finally have our feed-stock and can move forward," says TransAct's CEO, Rod Bartlett, "After years and several attempts to secure a binding agreement in Mexico from a credible source we have finally succeeded. This is the corner stone upon which we build this plant and the Company. Now we can secure a site on which to build the Z.E.W.O.P.[TM] and move forward with the presale agreements to complete on the required capital."
