Mr Jacolick will report directly to SunEdison’s CEO, Thomas Rainwater, and will oversee all business operations for SunEdison in North America, including the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Mr Jacolick has previously served as vice president of sales, leading the development of solar programs for marquee organizations including Kohl’s, Staples, Wal-Mart, Duke Energy the State of California.
Mr Rainwater said: Brian is the right person for this important role. He has significant depth of experience in solar energy, with more than 1,000 solar systems to date including installation, finance, operations and sales. Brian’s programmatic approach to solar energy services has helped SunEdison become the largest solar energy services provider in North America by supporting leading organizations to produce clean, reliable and predictably priced renewable energy as a hedge against increasing electricity rates.
