In addition to Mr Krawiec, new members of the supervisory board include Slawomir Jedrzejczyk, Marek Serafin and Wojciech Wroblewski.
Unipetrol has said that the approved changes to the articles serve to make decision-making more effective, with some of them based on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) proposals.
In addition to Mr Heydel, who is the president of PKN Orlen; Piotr Kearney, PKN Orlen’s executive director for strategy and development; Krystian Pater, PKN Orlen’s executive director for production; Zdenek Cerny, chairman of the ECHO trade union, and Ivan Kocarnik remain on the supervisory board.
Unipetrol said that Czeslaw Bugaj, Miroslaw Jasinski, Piotr Kownacki, Miloslav Suchanek, Dariusz Formela, Robert Bednarski and Waldemar Maj have ended their membership on the supervisory board.
