Mr Clement, who is an executive director and COO of the company, has been the acting CEO since June 2008. He joined the company in 1997 and has held a number of positions including CFO, company secretary and commercial manager.

Mr Clement has over 28 years of oil and gas industry experience, including banking sector exposure, having held engineering and project management, commercial and supervisory roles with Exxon, Ampolex and AIDC.
