The agreement paves the way for a long-term partnership between Areva and the Jordan Atomic Energy Commission (JAEC) in the prospect of the development of Jordan’s nuclear power generation program, said Areva.
Hamad Al-Kasasbeh, minister of finance of Jordan, Khaled Toukan, chairman of the JAEC, and Anne Lauvergeon, CEO of AREVA, signed the agreement.
