The Anniversary Breccia Prospect is located on EL10382 where RUM is earning 100% uranium rights from Crocodile Gold Australia Pty Ltd (formerly GBS Gold). Anniversary Breccia is located 10km North West of Tom’s Gully Gold Mine.
A large low grade intersection of 53m at 250 ppm U308 from 45-98m depth includes an interval of 26m at 339 ppm U308 and 2557 ppm Cu in hole MBRC018. In the northern part of the prospect a manganiferous ironstone unit with low grade copper, cobalt and nickel up to 32m thick cuts off the roll front uranium system and is still open along strike to the north east. The prospect lies on the eastern limb of a synclinal structure of the Koolpin Formation at the unconformable contact with Wildman Siltstone. Further assay results are awaited for another three holes with low grade mineralization up to 40m in thickness anticipated in one of the holes (MBRC007). Results are from a thirteen hole, 1780m RC drill program completed in June. Mineralization is open down dip and along strike.
Whilst these results are encouraging, the company is particularly encouraged about drilling a number of nearby VTEM conductors (the nearest is 100m away) which may contain higher grade sulphide mineralization or prospective graphitic horizons. A follow up drill program to further infill the redox front prospect and investigate the VTEM anomalies is planned to commence in August. RUM is currently negotiating with Crocodile Gold Australia Pty Ltd the terms of a Joint Venture Agreement over all mineral rights excluding gold in addition to the existing uranium agreement over the 15 exploration licenses which form the Mount Bundy-Tom’s Gully tenement package.
