NV Energy, through the expansion of the solution to northern Nevada, would provide synergies and a common platform for distribution management across southern and northern Nevada territories serving around 1.2 million customers.
The company’s Network Manager DMS, an operations management system, is designed to help electric distribution companies to enhance customer service and reduce operating and maintenance expenditure. The system combines the real-time communications, operational data and advanced applications with a dispatch management interface to improve performance through data sharing.
