The two projects, which include the Glen Innes wind farm in New South Wales and the Lincoln Gap project in South Australia, will see the introduction of the new Senvion 3.6M140 turbine into the country's market.
The Glen Innes wind farm will comprise 25 turbines while the Lincoln Gap project will comprise 59 turbines.

The latest variant of the Senvion 3.XM platform, the Senvion 3.6M140 turbine was introduced at the WindEnergy Hamburg fair in September.
The new wind turbines are designed to produce 20% more power than their predecessors at wind speeds of 7.5 m/s. The lifespan of the turbines has also been extended from 20 to 25 years, which is 20% more.
Senvion Australia CEO and managing director Chris Judd said: “The new 3.6M140 turbine is perfectly suited to these sites, as it is designed to maximize the energy yield from medium-wind sites.”
Nexif Energy plans to make financial close and commence construction for two wind farms in Q1 2017.
