Donnybrook is spending 25% of the DEI Hz 3-29 well costs and will retain a 25% working stake and a 10% GORR on a 75% working stake before payout and a 50% working stake after payout in the DEI Hz 3-29 well and in the balance of the seven section block at Bigstone, Alberta.

At Simonette, Alberta, Donnybrook has been advised by Cequence Energy that equipment is moving onto the 4-27 drilling location and that the 4-27 well is expected to spud on 28 August 2011.

Cequence, as operator, is paying 70% and Donnybrook is paying 30% of the drilling and completion costs.

Thereafter Cequence and Donnybrook will equally share the costs on the 4-27 well.

The 4-27 well be drilled horizontally for about 1,400m, if it is successful in initial drilling into the Montney formation.

At Resthaven, Alberta, Donnybrook and its partner, Celtic Exploration, have tied-in the DEI Hz 13-27 Montney horizontal well into the Conoco Phillips ancillary gathering system and gas plant.

The 13-27 well, which was completed but not fully tested due to the on-set of spring break-up in April 2011, is anticipated that the 13-27 production test will resume in-line in next month.
