Under the terms of the five-year contract, AGC will provide range of mechanical, electrical and scaffolding services.
The contract is valued at more than $50m and is in addition to the maintenance services contract, which the company secured in 2007 for Alcoa’s other alumina refineries throughout Western Australia.
AGC managing director and CEO Stuart Kenny said this contract will allow AGC the opportunity to further develop the local workforce and provide local opportunities to the community.
