The well will be drilled to a total depth of 1430m with coal seam gas in the Permain Betts Creek and Aramac coal measures as primary target.
The well will be logged and selected coal intervals for drill stem testing to measure permeability and the coal measures will be cored for desorption testing.
Exoma Energy will also drill for shale liquids or gas in the Toolebuc Formation as secondary target, which will be tested by chip sampling and logged.
Exoma Energy holds 50% beneficial interest in ATP 996P well and the Prairie-1 well.
